Dough: Glaze:
1 1/2 c. hot water 3 TBS. melted butter
1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic salt (I used regular salt)
1 TBS. sugar 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 TBS. yeast 1/4 tsp. dill weed
3 1/4 - 4 c. flour 1/8 tsp. Italian seasoning
Combine water, sugar, salt & yeast and enough flour to make a soft dough. Knead for 3-4 minutes.
Break into about 10-12 pieces. Roll each piece into a long skinny (about 1 1/2" thick) rope. Take either end of the rope and twist in opposite directions, then place ends together and let it twist together.
Place on greased cookie sheet and let rise until they double in size (about 30-40 minutes).
Bake @ 400 for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Brush immediately with glaze & savor each bite:)
